Our “Letter to Heaven” Journals© offer a simple outlet that requires only a pen and paper. Journaling does not require us to talk out loud if we are not ready which in turn can provide a means to face our vulnerabilities in grief and take on grief work as restorative, empowering heart work. Often, we can bear more than we can think we can, but we need to be able to share the natural feelings of grief and explore the depths of our emotions so we can rebuild after the loss of a loved one.

• Our journals and bookmarks are professionally printed using the UV printing process, no vinyl or paint is used with our products. The colors of the UV cured inks are much sharper than the colors that are printed using traditional printing methods.  UV printing offers more consistent, higher quality results thanks to the UV coating and UV inks.
